Deidre Ellis joined Nolan Consulting Group in January 2013 and previously managed the Summit Call Center, overseeing a team of 13 people handling the customer service needs of 30+ clients.  She has over 20 years' retail management and training experience, with half of that time spent as project manager for Borders Inc., where she led training teams to open more than 20 new stores in the U.S. and seven others around the globe, and oversaw the remodeling of an additional 25 stores.  She is a native of the Philadelphia region and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova University.  Deidre is currently in the process of expanding her role within the Nolan Consulting Group organization, taking on additional responsibilities as an Assistant Coach.
