THE ROLE
Not a Sounding Board. A Trusted Advisor.
NCG coaches carry a roster of up to 25 construction trade businesses — painters, landscapers, roofers, GCs, and more — ranging from $1M to $15M in revenue. These are entrepreneurs who are great at their craft and need a trusted guide to help them run a better business.
You won’t just listen. You’ll dig into the financials, co-create the plan, hold them accountable to their Big Rocks, and be the voice that says “here’s what needs to happen next.” Your monthly calls will be agenda-driven, well-prepared, and genuinely valuable — clients will look forward to them.
You’re the right fit if you can read a P&L fluently and explain what it means to someone who’s never studied finance. If you’ve hired people, developed them, and had the tough conversations when needed. If you’re organized, proactive, and keep your promises — every time. And if you have real-world experience running, owning, or managing a business in or adjacent to the construction trades.
