Your coach works with you one-on-one to build a Strategic Business Plan that covers your three-year vision, organizational structure, 12-month budget, KPI targets, and a clear action plan built around your biggest priorities – the Big Rocks that will move your business forward in the year ahead.

For most clients, this includes a site visit to your location because understanding your business means seeing it firsthand, not just hearing about it on a call.

Our foundational planning program is structured around your needs. Whether you’re a business owner looking to implement systems, develop a management team, or scale across multiple locations, the engagement is built to match where you are and where you’re going.

The work doesn’t stop at the plan. We coach you through implementation, holding you and your team accountable to the goals you set, reviewing your numbers every month, and adjusting when the business demands it.

For owners looking to grow through acquisition, we also work alongside you to evaluate opportunities, assess readiness, and build the operational foundation needed to successfully integrate a new business.

The first 2-3 months are intensive, weekly and biweekly calls as we build the foundation together. The relationship continues through our Summit Program with monthly coaching meetings and touch calls. This is an investment of time and the contractors who commit to it are the ones who see the results.

The OTB (On The Business) meeting is a dedicated time for your leadership team to work on strategy, accountability, and the decisions that move the business forward. It’s separate from your regular weekly operations meeting intentionally. One keeps the business running. The other makes it better.
