Brian is Managing Partner of Nolan Consulting Group, Inc. He has 28 years experience in business planning, financial management, project management, quality improvement and operations management development. He was formerly Chief Operating Officer for Baltimore Medical System and Vice President of Operations at Fortis, Inc. Brian has received quality improvement certifications from both the Diamler Chrysler Corporation and Florida Power & Light. His educational background includes a BS in Marketing from St. Joseph's University and a Masters in Business from The George Washington University. Brian takes pride in the fact that he painted his way through college and graduate school. He enjoys running, tennis, hiking, biking, skiing, reading and spending time with his family. Brian and his wife Agnes have three grown children and reside in Lafayette Hill, PA.

Kevin is President of Nolan Painting, Inc., a successful residential painting company in the Main Line of Philadelphia, PA. Nolan Painting has won many awards including the Chamber of Commerce "Business of the Year", the PDCA's "Picture it Painted Professionally" Award, and the Wharton Business School's "Fastest Growing Companies" Award. Kevin is a national speaker and writer on numerous topics, including: Business Systems, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Team Building. Kevin is a graduate of Villanova University. He is a marathon runner and the father of four children.

Andrew earned a Bachelors Degree and MBA in Entrepreneurial Studies and New Ventures from Penn State University. His core competencies include sales training, organizational change, and financial and cash flow management. Andrew lives with his wife and children in Havertown, PA.

Kathryn is a Senior Business Coach with Nolan Consulting Group, having started with the organization in the Summit Call Center in May of 2012. Kathryn came to Nolan Consulting Group after over 20 years in Retail Management, most recently with Borders, Inc. She has worked in both big box environments and independently owned stores, managing fiscally and community minded organizations. She has lead business teams to surpass their financial and personal goals. Kathryn is a Florida transplant, having moved to the Delaware Valley to attend Bryn Mawr College and has since made the area her home. She lives in Havertown, PA, with her husband Chris, two sons, Joshua and Parker, and daughter, Ella.

Colin is a Business Coach with Nolan Consulting Group. He joined the company in May of 2014, working his way through several roles before focusing his strengths with the Coaching Group. Colin specializes in several areas including DISC profile assessments, Leadership Development, and Sales. Prior to Nolan Consulting Group, Colin worked with a start-up technology company, ChargeItSpot. With Chargeitspot, Colin was a key member of the analytics team, helping to prove positive ROI on a new tech concept and drive sales. Colin earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and History from the University of Pittsburgh. Colin resides in Philadelphia and loves to travel and eat his way through new places. An avid runner and triathlete, Colin completed his first Ironman in 2019.

He has over 20 years of experience at developing and executing targeted business initiatives that drive growth, achieve objectives, and enhance organizational profitability. He has held several leadership positions in a variety of industries throughout his career, specializing in business planning, operations management, leadership development, change management and lean methodologies. His educational background includes a BS in Organizational Development from Gwynedd-Mercy University, a Master’s in Business from Holy Family University and is currently pursuing a DBA in Leadership Development and Change Management from Walden University.

Jim and his wife Susan have four children and reside in Washington Township, NJ. He enjoys spending time at the North Wildwood shore point with his family, surf fishing, golfing, and reading.

Jay is a business coach with Nolan Consulting Group, joining the organization in May of 2023. He came to the company with more than 20 years of leadership spanning the industries of restaurants, retail, insurance, and finance. Additionally, he grew up helping his family operate their vegetable farm and spent time learning family trades of construction, painting, roofing, and landscaping in New Jersey. As an adult, he led various sized teams to superior customer service, championed revenue growth, branding, and standardized operations. Most recently, he was working as a business consultant and performance coach. His strengths include organizational structure, sales coaching, revenue planning, team development, and an emphasis in operations soundness. He brings an engineering and accounting education with a strong passion for the outdoors. Outside of work, Jay is an avid rock climber, snowboarder, and mountaineer residing locally in Pennsylvania.

Steve Talkington is President and owner of Lancaster Painting, a successful residential and small commercial painting business in Turlock, CA. Steve has served on the board for the Turlock Chamber of Commerce and is a member of Turlock Rotary. His dedication to ethical business practices makes him a strong member of the Painting and Decorating Contractors of America (PDCA).

Steve’s expertise in the many components of running a strong business extend from implementing efficient operating systems and successful training programs to having great relationships with his employees and customers. Because of his good leadership, building a dependable team, Steve has been successful in "getting out of the hour glass" from the day to day responsibilities of the business. In 2012, Steve ventured out and took on a consulting role of Interim Director of Operations. He now joins the Nolan Consulting Group, Inc Team as a Senior Business Coach where he specializes in training operations and production management. Williams Painting Inc., a 111 year old family residential and commercial painting company servicing the New York Metropolitan areas as well as Fairfield, CT. An active member of the community, George served on the Board of Directors for the Holy Trinity Church in New Rochelle, New York, in the positions of trustee, vice president, and president. He was also a 7 year Vistage Group Member. George lives with his wife and family in Thornwood, NY.

Sheldon Stewart is president of Stewart Painting, a residential and commercial painting company servicing homeowners and businesses on Cape Cod, in Plymouth and the South Shore of Massachusetts for more than three decades. Sheldon credits the success of Stewart Painting to a strong team of people that are like-minded, strive to provide quality service and impeccable reputation. An avid member of the community, Sheldon is a member of the steering committee for the Pops by the Sea, an organization that he and his employees dedicate time to every year.

A client of Nolan Consulting Group since 2012, Sheldon joined the team as a Member Coach in early 2021.

Chuck Winkles grew up in Southern California where he met his wife Shelley. The two have been married for thirty-one years and have lived on the Central Coast for thirty years. They have two sons, Nathan and Noah; Noah is currently managing the second business, New Life Painting. Chuck founded New Life Painting in 1979. He enjoys camping with his wife in their fifth-wheel, golfing, surfing and hanging out with his family.

Michael is the founder and President of Textbook Painting in Cleveland, OH. Founded in 2006, Textbook Painting provides interior and exterior painting services to residential clients and specializes in cabinet painting. Michael is married to his college sweetheart, Jessica, and they have two young children, Delaney and Cayden.

When Michael is not working on (and in) Textbook Painting, he loves to coach his kids' sports teams or enjoy a Cleveland Indians game. Continually learning and improving is his passion and he enjoys reading and listening to podcasts.

He especially loves to learn about online marketing and is excited to work with Nolan CG clients to help them with their website, google presence and social media marketing.

Conal was born in Donegal, Ireland and emigrated to the United States in 1986. For the last 14 years he has helped Nolan Painting Inc. become one of the nation's most renowned and respected residential painting companies. As Crew Leader, he was known for running large and multiple jobs at the same time. Currently, as Nolan Painting's Field Supervisor, Conal manages Crew Leaders as well as dozens of painters to insure that the company's high standards are upheld. Conal has been a member of Nolan Painting's Advisory Board since it's inception in 2000. He is currently serving as Chairman of the Training Committee, responsible for developing and delivering new hire and skills training for the company. Previously, he chaired the Production Committee, leading a team to help make the company more profitable. In 2004, Conal teamed with Nolan Consulting Group to train painting companies nationwide. He also speaks on topics such as the role of the Crew Leader and the importance of great customer service. Conal resides in Havertown, PA with his wife Terry and two children, Melissa and Ryan.

Jim has been with Nolan Painting as an Estimator and Salesman for 13 years, while serving on Nolan Painting's advisory board for 7 years. Jim is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Sales Advantage program, as well as the Sandler based sales systems, and has earned his degree in Business Administration, graduating with high honors. He has worked as a sales trainer and associate coach for Nolan Consulting Group for 11 years. He has been an active member of PDCA, serving on the board for numerous years, and as president for 2 years. He has also served on the local chamber of commerce Young Professional committee, and is now president of the Certified Contractors Alliance, a local contractor referral group. He also enjoys coaching youth sports, and is an active baseball coach. Jim is a native of Havertown, and now resides in Springfield, PA, with his wife Jean, and his two children, James and Mason.

Jeff is a professional sales executive with a strong history of creating actions positively impacting team performance. He has extensive experience in sales, sales leadership, developing people, setting business strategy, creating processes, and determining business practices that achieve market penetration and profitable results. His work has provided high value to Fortune 500 businesses, Non-Profit organizations, and High-tech Start-ups. Jeff is a strategic thinker who sees the big picture. He possesses effective communication, coaching, assessment, and problem-solving skills. A motivational driver for Jeff is changing cultures where precedent has been a substitute for thought.

Jeff founded and led a Worldwide Sales Training and Sales Consulting firm. His services evolved to include outsourced contracts for start-up high-tech companies. He has provided investment capital, built and managed sales and channel management organizations at several software start-up organizations.

Jeff loves spending time with his four grandchildren and family, golf, and travel.

Alberto is a Presentation Facilitator and Project Consultant at Nolan Consulting Group, Inc. He has over two decades of proven result-driven experience in business operations, consulting, franchise management, start-up development and coaching. Alberto has extensive expertise in ownership and management of businesses in retail, restaurant, and import industries. He was previously Director of Operations of an international company overseeing multiple airport locations in US and Canada, achieving record revenue growth, and maintaining high performance operations. Former Peruvian professional basketball player, he enjoys various sporting activities and loves surfing, waterskiing, and spending time at the beach with his family. Alberto resides in Florida with his wife and two young sons.

Molly first joined Nolan Consulting Group in May 2012 as Members Services Coordinator, assisting with client relationships and company programs. In 2016, she left to pursue an opportunity with a fast growing FinTech Startup, Perpay, Inc., where she began in an Operations capacity and later joined the Merchandising Team. In 2018, she was promoted to Merchandising Lead, responsible for full catalogue growth, managing Vendor & Supply Chain Relationships and maintaining both company and product margin goals.

After 3.5 years of startup experience, Molly joined Nolan Consulting Group in 2019 as Marketing & Program Manager. A University of Pittsburgh grad, Molly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with an Economics Minor. She resides in Conshohocken, PA and loves to explore all that Philadelphia has to offer. An avid runner, Molly completed her second marathon in 2019 and is ready to tackle the next!

Deidre Ellis joined Nolan Consulting Group in January 2013 and previously managed the Summit Call Center, overseeing a team of 13 people handling the customer service needs of 30+ clients. She has over 20 years' retail management and training experience, with half of that time spent as project manager for Borders Inc., where she led training teams to open more than 20 new stores in the U.S. and seven others around the globe, and oversaw the remodeling of an additional 25 stores. She is a native of the Philadelphia region and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova University. Deidre is currently in the process of expanding her role within the Nolan Consulting Group organization, taking on additional responsibilities as a Senior Project Manager.

Kevin joined Nolan Consulting Group in January 2024 as a Project Coordinator. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University and a Master’s degree from the University of Coimbra. A native of Iowa, Kevin brings a wealth of experience in engaging diverse communities, ranging from small towns in Iowa to bustling commercial corridors in Manhattan. Prior to joining our team, Kevin made significant contributions at the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce. Notably, he spearheaded the NYC Small Business Resource Network, a five-borough initiative focused on supporting small business owners and entrepreneurs, showcasing his commitment to community growth and economic development. Beyond his professional pursuits, Kevin is an avid traveler who enjoys biking, running, music, and experimenting in the kitchen. Sydney joined Nolan Consulting Group as the Business Support & Member Services Coordinator in March of 2021, transitioning to Project Manager in 2022. She joins NCG with experience as an Operations Intern at Adelphi Research and a Project Coordinator at Brandpoint Services. In 2019 she earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Delaware Valley University in Doylestown, PA. While there she studied abroad at John Cabot University in Rome, Italy where she specialized in International Business.

Sydney has an avid passion for dogs. She spends her weekends training pets in the Philadelphia suburbs and competes in dog sports with her dog Tripp; an award winning Jack Russel Terrier. Additionally she enjoys exploring the outdoors, traveling when she can, and supporting the Philadelphia Flyers and the Italian soccer team Juventus.

Maureen joined Nolan Consulting Group as the Client Services Coordinator in March of 2022. She joins NCG with extensive experience in education and customer service. Maureen has a Bachelor's degree from Penn State University where she played lacrosse and field hockey. Maureen has an avid passion for athletics and has served as an NCAA official and high school coach. She and her husband have three sons and live in West Bradford, PA.

Lynne Lindblad joined to Nolan Consulting Group in 2013 with over 15 years of accounting experience. A QuickBooks Pro Advisor, Lynne runs her own business, LML Consulting, servicing both Nolan Consulting Group and a diversified client list in the local Philadelphia area. She has worked with a variety of industries, including catering/event planning, architectural firms, contractors and non-profit organizations. Lynne excels at digging in and stream lining business accounting processes. Lynne is a Philadelphia native and currently resides in Newtown Square with her husband and 3 children.
